  • 2 breasts Chicken, boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
  • In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook for about 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet; mix until well coated. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the broccoli; it should be bright green and tender but still have a bit of crunch. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor.
