Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Whip until light and airy, forming soft peaks.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk and instant banana pudding mix according to the package instructions. Let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
Gently fold the prepared pudding into the cheesecake mixture until smooth and creamy.
Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners and sprinkle crushed Nilla wafers into each liner to create a base.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake banana pudding mixture over the wafer crust in each liner, filling them to the top.
Top each bite with a slice of fresh banana and a dollop of whipped cream.
Chill the pudding bites in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add banana slices and whipped cream just before serving.
