  • 2 cups Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 box Instant Banana Pudding Mix
  • 1 package Nilla Wafers, crushed
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Whip until light and airy, forming soft peaks.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the milk and instant banana pudding mix according to the package instructions. Let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
  • Gently fold the prepared pudding into the cheesecake mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners and sprinkle crushed Nilla wafers into each liner to create a base.
  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake banana pudding mixture over the wafer crust in each liner, filling them to the top.
  • Top each bite with a slice of fresh banana and a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Chill the pudding bites in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add banana slices and whipped cream just before serving.
