Ingredients

Chicken Breasts

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Asiago Cheese

  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese

Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Garlic

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Dried Basil

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Asiago cheese, minced garlic, and dried basil.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking. Serve hot, garnished with extra Asiago cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
