Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix and orange gelatin together.
Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1 egg, then mix until a soft dough forms.
Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto your baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Lightly beat the second egg and brush the tops of each dough ball for a golden finish.
Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup oil lightly over the dough balls.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 7 days. For longer freshness, refrigerate in a sealed container.
