  • 1 box (15.25 oz.) white cake mix
  • 1 box (3 oz.) orange gelatin such as Jell-O
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil divided
  • 2 large eggs divided
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix and orange gelatin together.
  • Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1 egg, then mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto your baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Lightly beat the second egg and brush the tops of each dough ball for a golden finish.
  • Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup oil lightly over the dough balls.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
