Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a medium pot over low heat, melt the cream cheese and butter together, stirring until smooth.
Add the milk and stir until the mixture is velvety and fully combined.
Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Fold in the thawed corn.
