  • 10.5 oz Campbell's Condensed Cream of Bacon Soup
  • Doritos (for crust)
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 0.5 cup Bacon Bits
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cream of bacon soup, and bacon bits.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over each chicken breast.
  • Crush the Doritos and coat the chicken on top of the cream cheese.
  • Place the coated chicken in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Optionally, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

Make sure the chicken is fully cooked by checking the internal temperature; it should be 165°F (75°C). You can use any flavor of Doritos for a different taste! Adding more toppings like green onions or jalapeños can give it an extra kick!
