Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Let it rest and then dice into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, bacon, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and veggies (if using). Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
