Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Give it a good stir to ensure all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Gradually add the warm water to the dry mixture, stirring it with a wooden spoon or spatula until it starts coming together.
  • Once the mixture forms a rough dough, add the olive oil and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour as needed.
  • Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
  • After rising, punch down the dough, shape it into your desired form (pizza, rolls, breadsticks, etc.), and bake it according to your recipe’s specific instructions.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days or freeze unbaked dough for up to 3 months.
