  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles, broken into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions become translucent.
  • Add the diced carrots and celery, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the pot and pour in the chicken broth.
  • Stir in the dried parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it before returning it to the pot.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon, cooking until the cheese melts.
  • Finally, add the broken spaghetti noodles and ranch dressing mix, cooking for another 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot.
