  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil, and white wine (if you want to add it). Beat everything until it’s well blended.
  • Pour half of the batter into your prepared bundt pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar together. Sprinkle this mix over the batter in the pan.
  • Pour the rest of the batter over the cinnamon-sugar layer.
  • Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
  • Let the cake cool for about 20 minutes before carefully removing it from the pan. Dust it with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Make sure to grease and flour the bundt pan well to avoid sticking. If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, just skip the white wine. The cake will still be delicious!
