Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the softened butter.
Add minced garlic, chopped herbs, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
Use a fork or hand mixer to blend everything until smooth and well combined.

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Try adding roasted garlic or different herbs for variations. Cowboy butter can be frozen for longer storage.
