Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Pot
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes (red or Yukon Gold), halved or quartered
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • Using the same pot, cook green beans until tender-crisp (5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Crumble the bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon grease.
  • Whisk melted butter, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic together in a bowl.
  • Toss potatoes, green beans, and bacon into the skillet with reserved bacon grease. Pour ranch butter mixture over the top, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roast the potatoes before mixing them with the other ingredients. If using canned green beans, reduce cooking time to maintain texture.
