Ingredients
1poundFresh green beans, trimmed
1.5poundsBaby potatoes (red or Yukon Gold), halved or quartered
6slicesBacon, cooked and crumbled
1packetRanch seasoning mix
3tablespoonsButter, melted
2clovesGarlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Using the same pot, cook green beans until tender-crisp (5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Crumble the bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon grease.
Whisk melted butter, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic together in a bowl.
Toss potatoes, green beans, and bacon into the skillet with reserved bacon grease. Pour ranch butter mixture over the top, tossing gently to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, roast the potatoes before mixing them with the other ingredients. If using canned green beans, reduce cooking time to maintain texture.
