Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Cottage Cheese

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Use full-fat for best results.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional seasoning.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika Optional seasoning.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning Optional seasoning.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning Optional seasoning.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the cottage cheese and any optional seasonings you prefer. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Using a spoon or your hands, form small, thin dollops or patties of the cottage cheese mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they’re spaced apart to allow for crisping.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy around the edges. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet. They will firm up and become crunchier as they cool.
  • Enjoy immediately or store for later!

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
