  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika (optional)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Flatten each mound into thin discs using the back of a spoon.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dip!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, crisp them in a toaster oven. Experiment with different cheeses or spices for unique flavors!
