Ingredients

Bagels

  • 4 pieces Bagels, split and toasted

Beef Steak Patties

  • 4 pieces Beef steak patties

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Eggs

  • 4 pieces Eggs

Cheese

  • 4 slices American cheese

Onion

  • 1/2 pieces Onion, thinly sliced

Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons Creamy mustard sauce or steak sauce

Instructions

  • Season the steak patties with salt and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until done to your liking. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, prepare your eggs by frying or scrambling them based on your preference.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each steak patty and let it melt slightly while preparing the bagel.
  • Assemble the sandwich: Take each toasted bagel bottom, add a cheesy steak patty, a cooked egg, and some sliced onions.
  • Spread mustard or steak sauce on the top half of the bagel, then place it on top of the sandwich.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your homemade copycat sandwich!

Notes

These sandwiches are best served hot. You can enjoy them with fresh fruit or crispy hash browns. If you have leftovers, wrap them tightly and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
