Instructions
Season the steak patties with salt and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until done to your liking. Set aside.
In the same skillet, prepare your eggs by frying or scrambling them based on your preference.
Place a slice of cheese on each steak patty and let it melt slightly while preparing the bagel.
Assemble the sandwich: Take each toasted bagel bottom, add a cheesy steak patty, a cooked egg, and some sliced onions.
Spread mustard or steak sauce on the top half of the bagel, then place it on top of the sandwich.
