  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding with the milk. Whisk thoroughly until it begins to thicken (about 2 minutes).
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the entire container of Cool Whip. Be careful not to deflate the mixture; keep it fluffy.
  • Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before reusing.
