  • 1 box (18 oz) Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute with melted butter.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Optional for extra chocolate flavor.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix and all-purpose flour.
  • Add the eggs and vegetable oil; stir until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
  • Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

You can use melted butter instead of oil. For a richer flavor, add a dash of sea salt or vanilla extract. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
