Ingredients

Crust

  • 7 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 9 whole crackers)
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip
  • 1 can (21 ounces) Cherry Pie Filling

Instructions

  • Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl.
  • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spread cream cheese filling over graham cracker crust.
  • Top with cherry pie filling and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Slice and serve chilled.
