Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in thirds, ensuring to scrape the sides of the bowl after each addition. Fold in the chopped pecans.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans for the filling.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing it out evenly. Sprinkle the filling mixture evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining batter, smoothing out the top.
