Dough

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk adjust for icing consistency
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Open the can of crescent roll dough. Unroll it and press the seams together to form a single sheet, shaping it into a rectangle or round as desired.
  • Brush the surface evenly with melted butter, making sure every inch is coated for a golden, crispy crust.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the buttered dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and puffed up around the edges.
  • While the pizza bakes, mix the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir until smooth, adding a little extra milk if needed to reach a pourable icing consistency.
  • Once the pizza is out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the icing generously over the top.
  • Slice into wedges and serve warm for the best experience!

Notes

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 5 days. Reheat in a 300°F oven for about 5 minutes.
