Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press into a large rectangle or circle, pinching seams together.
  • Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
  • In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the icing.
  • Drizzle icing over warm pizza and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using brown sugar instead of granulated sugar. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
