Ingredients

Casserole

  • 2 cans Refrigerated cinnamon rolls (icing reserved) 17.5 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Icing

  • 2 containers Reserved cinnamon roll icing
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Extra Icing (Optional)

  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Drizzle melted butter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into sixths and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pour over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • While baking, combine reserved icing, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  • Once baked, drizzle icing over the warm casserole. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make it the night before and refrigerate overnight for an easy morning bake. Optional toppings: chopped pecans, maple syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
