Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, mix together 3 cups of flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Stir in the milk, eggs, and vanilla until everything is just combined.
Slowly add in 1/2 cup of melted butter and mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, and cinnamon.
Drop this mixture evenly over the batter and swirl it with a knife to distribute the cinnamon flavor.

For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
