Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Spread churro filling on four slices of brioche bread, leaving a small border.
Top with the remaining slices to create sandwiches and press gently around the edges to seal.
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides, and let sit for 10–20 seconds per side.
