Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the dough comes together.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
