Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, soft butter, and vanilla extract.
Stir in Rice Krispies, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut until fully combined.
Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a tray. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and sweet chocolate square, stirring until smooth.
Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate using a fork. Let excess chocolate drip off.
Place dipped balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.
