Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • Stir in Rice Krispies, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut until fully combined.
  • Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a tray. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  • In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and sweet chocolate square, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate using a fork. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place dipped balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Notes

Add festive sprinkles or crushed peppermint on top before the chocolate sets for a holiday twist. You can substitute pecans with walnuts or omit them for a nut-free version.
