  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, then press dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  • Spread marshmallow crème evenly over the cooled cookie base.
  • Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
