36cookiesOreo cookies, crushed

Filling
8ozcream cheese, softened
1/4cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonscold milk
12ozwhipped topping, divided
Pudding Layer
2packagesinstant chocolate pudding(3.9 oz each)
3 1/4cupscold milk
1 1/2cupsmini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until it’s light and fluffy.
Add the 2 tablespoons of cold milk and granulated sugar, mixing well.
Stir in 1 1/4 cups of the whipped topping until combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
In another bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding with 3 1/4 cups of cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding thickens.
Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Let the dessert rest for 5 minutes, so the pudding can firm up a bit.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
Finally, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
