Ingredients

Crust

  • 36 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 12 oz whipped topping, divided

Pudding Layer

  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding (3.9 oz each)
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until it’s light and fluffy.
  • Add the 2 tablespoons of cold milk and granulated sugar, mixing well.
  • Stir in 1 1/4 cups of the whipped topping until combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
  • In another bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding with 3 1/4 cups of cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding thickens.
  • Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Let the dessert rest for 5 minutes, so the pudding can firm up a bit.
  • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  • Finally, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days. Just make sure to keep it covered!
