Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix flour, chopped pecans, and softened margarine until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, then cool completely.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
