Bananas

Bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch coins
Use ripe but not overripe bananas for best texture.
Chocolate

Dark chocolate chips

Coconut oil
Helps to smooth the chocolate.
Instructions
Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch coins.
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Using a fork or toothpick, dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate, coating all sides.
Place each dipped banana bite onto the prepared parchment paper.
Optional: Add toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
Transfer the tray to the freezer and chill for at least 60 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
