Instructions
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix well to combine.
Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until incorporated.
Stir in the milk to achieve a dough-like consistency.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
Dip each chilled cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Place them back on the parchment-lined tray and immediately sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
