  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gradually add heat-treated flour, mixing until fully incorporated. Add milk for a smooth dough-like consistency.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
  • Spread cookie dough filling into the cooled pie crust, smoothing it with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use heat-treated flour to ensure safety when consuming raw dough. Chill the pie thoroughly for best texture. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
