1/4cupMilk
1teaspoonVanilla extract
2cupsAll-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonSalt
1cupMini chocolate chips
2cupsChocolate chipsFor coating
2tablespoonsVegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9x13-inch pan. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in milk and vanilla extract until combined.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Use a small cookie scoop to form cookie dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Crumble the cooled brownies into small pieces.
Flatten a piece of brownie in your hand, place a cookie dough ball in the center, and wrap the brownie around the dough, pressing to seal. Repeat with remaining brownie pieces and cookie dough balls.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together, stirring until smooth.
Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Notes
For a richer taste, use dark chocolate for coating. Sprinkle with crushed nuts or sprinkles for extra fun. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
