  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 5-6 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy and light.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Refrigerate the dough for about an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Scoop and shape the dough into 24-26 balls, placing them 1.5 inches apart.
  • Slightly flatten each ball, sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
