Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy and light.
Slowly add the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Refrigerate the dough for about an hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Scoop and shape the dough into 24-26 balls, placing them 1.5 inches apart.
Slightly flatten each ball, sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips, and bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds to enjoy warm.
