Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, melted
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa powder

Toppings

  • Chocolate sauce for topping
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and freeze while preparing the filling.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
  • Stir in melted chocolate chips and cocoa powder until fully blended.
  • Pour the filling over the crust, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use vegan cream cheese and coconut cream. To make slicing easier, freeze in portions. Let sit at room temp for 10 minutes before serving.
