Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

Vegetables

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Sauces and Oils

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Serving Suggestion

  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add cabbage and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet.
  • Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Serve hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
