Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat it in the microwave or on the stove, adding a splash of cream to keep it creamy.
