Instructions
In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
Season the chicken fillet with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Add the chicken fillet to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.
Add the grated Parmesan and stir until the sauce is smooth.
Cook for another few minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Don't skip the parsley garnish; it adds a nice touch! If you want more heat, add red pepper flakes.
