Instructions
Start by pounding the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dredge the chicken in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the breaded chicken cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain the fried cutlets on a paper towel-lined plate.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the cutlet on a bun and adding lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise.
