  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 egg beaten egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wider end of each triangle. Then sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.
  • Roll the dough up, starting from the wider end, and tuck the ends under to keep the filling inside.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush each roll with the beaten egg to give it a nice golden color when baked.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
