  • 2 large Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lay the chicken slices flat and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing on each chicken slice.
  • Place a slice of bacon on top of each chicken slice.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese and green onions over the bacon.
  • Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Place the chicken rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  • Warm the tortillas, then wrap each chicken roll in a tortilla.
  • Slice each roll-up in half and serve.

Notes

These roll-ups are fantastic served warm. You can enjoy them as is or pair them with some fresh veggies or a side salad.
