Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 batch Pizza Dough Half batch or one ball of store-bought pizza dough

Ranch Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing Plus extra for garnish

Cooked Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces

Mozzarella Cheese

  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Divided

Bacon

  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble before adding

Scallions

  • 2 Scallions Thinly sliced, optional garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) if using a pizza stone; 450°F (230°C) for a standard baking sheet. Place your rack in the lower third of the oven.
  • Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-14 inch circle. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a stone.
  • Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving about a half-inch border around the edge for the crust.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the ranch base.
  • Top with the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon, distributing evenly for full coverage.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, making sure each bite will have plenty of gooey cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle with a little extra ranch, if desired, and scatter sliced scallions over the top.
  • Slice and serve while hot!
