Ingredients
2largeFlour Tortillas
1cupCooked Chicken, shredded
4slicesTurkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2cupChicken Ham, diced
1ripeAvocado, diced
1/2cupRanch Dressing
1cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1cupLettuce, shredded
1wholeLime, cut into wedges
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the turkey bacon according to package directions until crispy. Crumble and set aside. Dice the cooked chicken ham as well.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, diced avocado, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
Add the shredded lettuce to the bowl, and give it one more gentle toss. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the filling mixture evenly between the two tortillas, placing it toward the lower third.
Carefully fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.
For a warm, crisp finish, place each burrito seam side down in a hot, dry skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and warmed through.
Slice each burrito in half, and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges on the side. Squeeze lime juice over the burrito just before eating for an extra burst of flavor.
Notes
For extra cheesy goodness, sprinkle a bit more cheddar inside or even outside before crisping in the skillet.
