1can (10.75 oz)cream of chicken soup
1can (10.75 oz)cream of mushroom soup
1cupsour cream
1/2cupmilk
1/2cupbutter, melted

1teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoondried thyme
2tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and dry stuffing mix.
In another bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried thyme.
Add the soup mixture to the chicken and stuffing, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the frozen peas and carrots.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
