  • 1 loaf store-bought garlic bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise and place it on the baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, oregano, and lemon zest. Whisk until combined; let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped rotisserie chicken and egg yolks into the sauce, thoroughly mixing until everything is well covered.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and fold in the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  • Spoon the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the sliced garlic bread.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop it in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes until heated through.
