2cupscooked shredded chicken
1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
4largeflour tortillas
1cupsalsa
1can (10 oz)cream of chicken soup
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspooncumin

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix well.
Place about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each flour tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
Place the rolled chimichangas seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with additional salsa or your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra crispiness, brush a little more oil on top before baking. You can also use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
