Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
Step 2: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Step 4: Drop dollops of peanut butter on the batter and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle chocolate chips and peanut butter chips on top.
Step 5: Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. The brownies should be soft in the center.
Step 6: Allow to cool in pan before slicing into squares. Lift out using the parchment paper overhang.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. These brownies freeze well for up to 3 months.
