Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Take a small handful of the mixture (golf ball-sized) and flatten it in your palm. Place about 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese in the center and fold the meat around it to form a sealed ball.
Arrange all the stuffed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with a mixture of ketchup and mustard.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
