Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Dish

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 large Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 lb Sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sliced sausage, chopped onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and paprika. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and ranch dressing. Toss everything thoroughly so that each potato cube and sausage slice is coated in flavorful goodness.
  • Transfer the potato and sausage mixture into a large baking dish. Spread everything out in an even layer to ensure even cooking.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the potatoes are just fork-tender and starting to brown.
  • Remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and starting to turn golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving—enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try swapping smoked sausage or kielbasa for classic sausage. Serve immediately after baking for the best cheesy texture.
