  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
  • Fold in cooked pasta until evenly coated.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat in oven or microwave. Add mushrooms, peas, or swap beef for ground turkey for variety.
